ENSH-Global Network for Tobacco Free Healthcare Services (ENSH-Global) is an independent, international, non-profit association constituted under Swiss law. 

A global network of healthcare services and health professionals committed to implementing tobacco-free policies with the aim of delivering safe quality care in relation to tobacco for every service user, every time and everywhere.

Since its creation, ENSH-Global has developed a practice based and continuously evaluated set of standards for tobacco management in hospitals and health care facilities. 

Sharing of information and experiences, through coordinated activities is the main objective. During the last 10 years, the ENSH-Global concept has become an important advocacy tool to enhance the involvement of health professionals in tobacco control.
